Incremental started right in the middle of COVID, when people lost their jobs and were looking to acquire new skills which they could use in new jobs. We helped a lot of people acquire new skill sets by designing programs to suit their needs, which was the start of our journey. Instead of a cookie cutter approach, we reflect and create programs which will deliver the most impact.
We are a bunch of system thinkers, facilitators, coaches and Agile experts who have hands on experience in implementing Agile transformation at large scale, coaching leaders and bringing change across organization.
